My friend is working in ASG , paltan bazar as pharmacist . They gave only 12170 rs salary for 2 months where as salary mentioned in offer letter is 17000 rs per month. Employ id - 10090 . Don't believe them they treat their employees as servent . They also keep the hard copy of pharmacy registration which is totally illigal.

The management is very good and all the staff is working very supportively.

I have been working here for 1.6 years now but my salary has not increased once and it is said that salary is increased every year.

There is zero job security here zero they didn’t give u PF even salary belive me guys never join asg never i left thi org with 2 months I regret myself to join this org and resign from the previous job

You will get your salary on the 2nd of every month. There are not many educated people in the management, hence there is not much focus on strategy.

There is single person ownership here. No matter what position you hold, you will have to distribute coupons on roadside. No hierarchy follow here. brain has no value here. Some centers are good not all Your job depends on your CEO's mood. Some HR are very Co operative but their head is without brain (Gautam Saha) They are doing well only in North side, don't join anywhere else. Like Pune, Mumbai, Nasik, Aurangabad, Over al we can say In MAHARASHTRA.
