Worst work culture with zero work-life balance. Partiality is always at its peak. Manager is least concerned about employee wellbeing, always into manipulation favouring the employees who perform less talk more.

Dislike is an understatement. With zero career growth all you get is high work pressure that doesn't coincide with the said salary. Though they say, you get rotational week off but, in reality it keeps on changing. They never value your need to take a day off.

All management is in the hand of Doctors,so these doctors all time bully un humiliate you.Doctors don't have mutual understanding,they argue all the time....no job security bec High manager are illiterate rajasthani people.....mostly are unqualified....they don't give you any proper training....any ask you work 7days a week....leave on any festival is impossible....pathetic work culture.No corporate culture at all.Management don't like educated people....without any resign management can terminate you.

...tructured system.salary increaments..many essential equipment are not available. Salary deduction in silly mistakes.

The management is very good and all the staff is working very supportively.

I have been working here for 1.6 years now but my salary has not increased once and it is said that salary is increased every year.
