All management is in the hand of Doctors,so these doctors all time bully un humiliate you.Doctors don't have mutual understanding,they argue all the time....no job security bec High manager are illiterate rajasthani people.....mostly are unqualified....they don't give you any proper training....any ask you work 7days a week....leave on any festival is impossible....pathetic work culture.No corporate culture at all.Management don't like educated people....without any resign management can terminate you.

...tructured system.salary increaments..many essential equipment are not available. Salary deduction in silly mistakes.

...pany nothing good just. Majburi me karni hai koi option nhi hai to ker sakte ho. Faltu ke choti choti baat pe salary me deduction hai.

Salary sahi nhi deta or Jo deta hai unme bhi faltu ke choti choti baat pe deduction hai. Other koi benefits nhi hai na job safe hai.

My friend is working in ASG , paltan bazar as pharmacist . They gave only 12170 rs salary for 2 months where as salary mentioned in offer letter is 17000 rs per month. Employ id - 10090 . Don't believe them they treat their employees as servent . They also keep the hard copy of pharmacy registration which is totally illigal.
