Worst work culture with zero work-life balance. Partiality is always at its peak. Manager is least concerned about employee wellbeing, always into manipulation favouring the employees who perform less talk more.

Dislike is an understatement. With zero career growth all you get is high work pressure that doesn't coincide with the said salary. Though they say, you get rotational week off but, in reality it keeps on changing. They never value your need to take a day off.

Salary is low, but on time. Clean atmosphere in hospital.

Everything.1. senior's behaviour 2. Poor dr.incharge's behaviour.3. salary increment is very less. 4. Politics 5. Suddenly terminate.6. transfer to other branch from Kolkata to Jodhpur what is not possible. 7.team bonding is zero. 8. Not technical person appointed in department with less salary. 9. Management is very lazy. 10.Leave is very less, work and family balanced not possible.Etc all problems.

I have been working here for 1.6 years now but my salary has not increased once and it is said that salary is increased every year.

My friend is working in ASG , paltan bazar as pharmacist . They gave only 12170 rs salary for 2 months where as salary mentioned in offer letter is 17000 rs per month. Employ id - 10090 . Don't believe them they treat their employees as servent . They also keep the hard copy of pharmacy registration which is totally illigal.
