All management is in the hand of Doctors,so these doctors all time bully un humiliate you.Doctors don't have mutual understanding,they argue all the time....no job security bec High manager are illiterate rajasthani people.....mostly are unqualified....they don't give you any proper training....any ask you work 7days a week....leave on any festival is impossible....pathetic work culture.No corporate culture at all.Management don't like educated people....without any resign management can terminate you.

...tructured system.salary increaments..many essential equipment are not available. Salary deduction in silly mistakes.

Everything is centralised, no proper increment rule , HR policy is not good, and their is one of the worst department is aesthetic they don't know anything and will disturb you to do the things as they want to be. You can't even see you phone notification they will fine you rs 500 even you use for official use you have to give reason why you had used your phone

...and culture. Teammates are supportive,cooperative & management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair & they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

I have been working here for 1.6 years now but my salary has not increased once and it is said that salary is increased every year.
