New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Everything is centralised, no proper increment rule , HR policy is not good, and their is one of the worst department is aesthetic they don't know anything and will disturb you to do the things as they want to be. You can't even see you phone notification they will fine you rs 500 even you use for official use you have to give reason why you had used your phone

My friend is working in ASG , paltan bazar as pharmacist . They gave only 12170 rs salary for 2 months where as salary mentioned in offer letter is 17000 rs per month. Employ id - 10090 . Don't believe them they treat their employees as servent . They also keep the hard copy of pharmacy registration which is totally illigal.

There is zero job security here zero they didn’t give u PF even salary belive me guys never join asg never i left thi org with 2 months I regret myself to join this org and resign from the previous job
