Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

In my 25 yrs work life, this 8 yrs in AKT group never in my dreams also I will not forget such caring Management, good opportunity to grow, self-confidence, work with responsibility with respect and commitment to work, life and work become safe, word's can't describe some organization, you have to practice. Life become easy and loving when your workplace is so peaceful and supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing, just feel bad that after 8 yrs of work as Accounts Payable I have to move on in life. It was completely my decision. Still I feel I should work for them. Such a good team I worked with Thanks to each and every one.
