Working as a lecturer with 15k salary per month , taking classes is always a pleasure as well as a pride .

Dislikes

Poor way of treating all teaching staffs with out any respect , 0% support from management , and most irritating part is 9.30 - 2.30 continuous classes with out lunch break ... we and students both are getting tired.

That college CEO is EGOTISTICAL Mental By way of Favorism, he used to gain LOYALTY They don't have Management Skills full of false statement they do anything for Admission They need money Thats it Students will be addicted for Kanja and Abin in class and Hostel They will not treat Teaching staffs as a Asset . they treat like House Keeping staffs

The teammates of ASET is good in supporting, sharing their knowledge and experience in safety. The top management supports to do extra activities and obey the suggestions if needed.

Extraordinary placement facility provided for the students. The college is located in Chennai and Coimbatore which is a metro city and it helps the students to get easy placement opportunities in major MNC's.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
