The workplace environment is unhealthy, with seniors often disrespecting juniors. Salary increments are insufficient compared to the workload. There is evident favoritism during appraisal time, with the Managing Director's wife and HR displaying bias against juniors.

The time of hiring is called something and the work gets extra done by him and the salary is very less. Promotions will be very quick but salary will remain the same.you can not go out during lunch and tea break.

Great place to work here..managers are very kind and friendly. Every month arrange function and other things to motivate employees. Epf and esi facilities are available. Directors are also very helpful.
