If you're not getting any job then only join here because you'll get some money in your pocket. You have to serve your notice period, and that's mandatory. So if you have a better opportunity in terms of compensation/Job role/location, be prepared to tell that your notice period is non-negotiable. Either you have to serve your notice period which is huge 60 days or be prepared to get terminated by giving such illogical reasons which even you wouldn't have done. The HR, Operations manager and the Director are all hooligans. When you talk to them, they yell at you, barring to listen you or even let you speak your point. Think a 1000 times before you join this super pathetic company that is filled and run by a bunch of hooligans and ill-cultured people.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You get to learn about current ongoing trials in medicine. That's it.

You don't have any job security. You take leave of 3 days for medical reason and next week you don't get salary. Worst management and you are always expected to do more work yet treated as useless.

It's a boring job, whether you work as analyst or IT engineer all you have to do is copy paste even the C and V keys on every keyboard are washed off that much it's been used and for IT professionals it will be like a blessing but no growth you will just come and sit until any problem arrives otherwise no work just wait for 6pm to leave the office. It's more of a boarding school than office. Waste of time, waste of life and the worst is the manager he has zero knowledge about anything just because he is some sort of relative to the Founder that's why he is working there or else no other company would even bother taking his interview
