Read this carefully: I am a very optimistic person and when I read the reviews here for this company for the first time, I was also like, everyone shares their personal experience here. Some are non-performers and don't want to work had. But no, this is not just my opinion but everyone who got in this honeytrap. Please read before yo u make any decision in haste. Whoever you're I don't want you to ruin your career and time on this company. Everything. There's no work culture at all. Firstly, please don't fall in trap with the designation. There's nothing like a financial analyst job here. This is a data entry job where you copy/paste data from financial statements and put in the client's software. Any person who is a 12th class pass can do this job. There's no growth. A person who's here for the past 4 years is doing the same job what you're doing. You won't learn anything in finance rather forget what you've studied in your MBA. There's no excitement put on you to grow. The management is pathetic so is the HR. They don't even agree on what's written on your appointment letter and can change or refuse to agree according to their whims and fancies<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The pay is terrible</mark>. If you're not getting any job then only join here because you'll get some money in your pocket. You have to serve your notice period, and that's mandatory. So if you have a better opportunity in terms of compensation/Job role/location, be prepared to tell that your notice period is non-negotiable. Either you have to serve your notice period which is huge 60 days or be prepared to get terminated by giving such illogical reasons which even you wouldn't have done. The HR, Operations manager and the Director are all hooligans. When you talk to them, they yell at you, barring to listen you or even let you speak your point. You don't have any job security. You take leave of 3 days for medical reason and next week you don't get salary. Worst management and you are always expected to do more work yet treated as useless.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
