To Much politics from mid level Specially ZSM zakir does not know about anything about market business and just pushing for primary and dumping of material very bad politics from ZSM very bad behaviour and very bad mentality

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a pert of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global Clint base.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing,Because the company changes management every year There is no job security as they send any time termination letter as they told at that time we already mentioned on offer letter and after confirmation letter they do the same
