The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a pert of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global Clint base.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Timely Salary Disbursement Good support from reporting authority (GM - HR) Founder Mr. Rajiv Mistry Sir has great vision for growth GM HR has clear vision & idea and taking neutral decision GM Manufacturing have sound knowledge on products and humble person

Nothing,Because the company changes management every year There is no job security as they send any time termination letter as they told at that time we already mentioned on offer letter and after confirmation letter they do the same
