Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 8-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend calls n the evening and sometimeslate in to night. and I want a oil and gas field but this thermal power plant.

I absolutely do not like this about working at Ascent Electrification Engineers Salary not coming on time and not responding in any way not giving reason why stopping salary of all staff.

Compensation is slow as well as growth is also too slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day. Seniors do not value to me, or not listen to me

We are coming here for a learning and growing in HSE field and success in our life . Here we are doing well and enjoying with worker's and supervisor and working Time. We always do accident zero.
