This is not a professional company at all. It is a grave yard for professional. There are only two type of people can work in this company: 1. Low skilled people 2. Good Looking Girl. They prefer girl (not the ordinary girl.but good looking only).

Management. They are completely family owned and have very less respect for professionals. They want boot lickers.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
