Too Much of politics and threat work in old fashion of boss is the king and all are his subjectives. Favourism and poor management with least skill set. No proper approach to concern raised. No training team. No appropriate approach to any challenge raised Need to work on ethics of the company and leadership

One of the worst organisations I have worked with is Ascensus, I have moved out from reputated company expecting this is among them, you would scream and laugh looking at the offer letter, in 21st generation these ppl are still going as we are in Stone Age even how many leaves are left that also is noted manually by a under qualified operations team, don’t make a mistake joining this organisation lots of politics
