PRODUCT IS BEST,SALARY COMPENSATION IS OK AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

NO INTERNAL GROWTH,EXTREME LEVEL OF POLITICS,NO PROPER PLANNING FOR GROWTH OF CO.AS WELL AS PEOPLES.ONLY ONE WAY COMMUNICATION.NO JOB SECURITY.HR IS JUST PUPPET OF UPPER MANAGEMENT.

There is nothing to like. They give only good salary but this is just a trap once you join you just trapped in a worst situation.

...ledge even the seniors.there is nothing to grow. People are just doing politics. Seniors are working to just get his monthly salary. HR is just formality by the organisation they are sleeping there office and nothing to do for them. This is not a organisation it is just a general store( Lala ki dukan.)

Company was good but MANAGEMENT and HR was not at all satisfactory . Company is growing at very good stage .

MANAGEMENT was very bad . Politics was extreme at Management and HR level. No good policies to explore the BRAND in a better way. Nothing was taught innovate and also training was not given in a mannered way . No work life balance . Overall Experience was 2/5

Too much pressure regarding sales from joining date. No mnc culture, there senior demotivated you during field everytime harashing you. Thretain you about job. There is no job security, senior behaviour is bad with employers
