Teammate nd overall staff is supportive. On the job training is provided to New joiners. Overall good experience.

HR were bit slow in overall recruitment process.. Salary hike and bonus is comparatively very low.

Job security is always challenging but the working atmosphere is good and appreciable and specially approach of management is quite impressive..any time you can contact HR. company policies need clearity and cafeteria is good. Work from home experience is good.

Salary. We never satisfied with salary but hardwork must need to pay. More Clearity required.. otherwise all over good.

You will get salary on time. Much more supportive superiors & etc.

I think most of the employees are political leaders they all are associated with bajrang dal, congress, B.j.p. & all. No professional environment are their..for example employees are working and one of employee stand on their own seat, shouted in unique language..& many more things that company should have to provide the training for their employees..and maintain the level of mystery..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are average. Appraisal they give bad. Salary hike like 1000rs and no yearly bonus.

Salary is decent but career growth is very very slow down

I was working in sales process of Hitachi And the only good part was my team.

...d HOD gave false commitment. There was no any policy like employee provisions. All they can do is cut the salary of employees working there. There was commitment of incentive at the time of interview but after I have started my work there is nothing like incentive, manager told me that incentive is depends upon the performance of the team. Like they haven't seen or understand any sales process before. Overall my experience at ascendum kps was pathetic.
