They changes anything anytime.. 1st year different priorities 2nd year different or less important or most important. Some employees have guru's to support, teach, encourage and grow. Some have only responsibility and no guru. But expectations from both are same. They called it overconfident but we have lost all confidence on you. Regarding every manner. Resource management is super poor. They don't understand that It's not all about money but commitment and dignity.

...parency in employes. Here tl pl decided in there own who will be the next tl pl. And aftr bonus also we dont feel that we got the increment

For Freshers it will work. Also, as this is a CA based firm so for the people who are preparing for their CA can join as their first priority are you only.

Firstly their Working Culture and obviously poor salary for those who deserve more & excellent salary for those who just roam here and there.

whatever hard work we don't get the satisfaction salary. your pf is been deducted but you wont able to remove that because of some of your schemes if we need help fromthe firm regarding money (loan) they revert that firm is not allowed any kind of loan.

Salry issues all the employee are facing and also me , if the employee is since working in this firm with over 2 years but still they have told and asbs make a promises that they will increase salry after 6 months and know 2 years have gone still they have nothing do anything if they will do this then how employee will be happy and work with Asbs co also they have not updated I'd in id card still I'm in training and I doesn't get my insurance Card also so if anything happen then Asbs is not responsible i think if this message you getting then contact me I have many more issues I'm facing no one cane Solving this.
