...ll it then ur conversion is gonna drop. As it takes our time around 9-10 hrs.... It's doesn't offer that good salary. No basic salary is there, Only commissions. Means if you don't sell then you are gonna get nothing. And you will loose your leads if you don't text or talk to them within next 72 hrs, even if it is your weekend. You will have to work there 8 hrs, you can extend it as much as you want, But fix time is mandatory. You can work even on weekends

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
