Asakta is a company that is built by like minded people who want to create change in the Industry. Their approach to tackling multiple issues in the Smart energy sector and Inventory management is a testament to thinking outside the box and question already existing norms of the Industry. Working at Asakta has opened the door for many possibilities and opportunities unlike others.

Dislikes

As the company is still on its way to become a giant, there mabe some frustrations regarding working hours, Salary etc., but I personally think the upside makes it worth it.

Dislikes

Everything, specially management and teams with toxic culture. They won't even give you laptops for work, you need to bring your own laptops and supporting devices. People survive here only by politics and not by their work
