I liked programming as usual.

Plays with your salary and over exploitation of employees. I have seen many people having fought before resigning because the ceo used to make people work by holding their salary till midnight, and when the work is done still you won't get compensation giving some other reason. He shouts at people. Most of the time he is peeping in your screen from back and eavesdropping conversations among employees. My suggestion, don't compromise for anything no matter how much he sugar talks initially.

No funds No culture No salary on time No bonuses No dilwali or any festival celebration or gift CEO asks every time to work on weekends and stretch ur shifts everyday 50hours weekly working You will feel like u r working in a kind of BPO I think even these days they are better at-least they have proper policy & culture If u want to get ur currier over u r most welcome.
