Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Please do not join this idiotic company, they hired me at a Associate director position ,just 4 days back of joining they called up stating we can't go with hiring as some internal changes is being done, will go with lean structure...They are just big time frauds...playing with the career of people...founders Rishi & KK are No 1 Idiots...they will not even to discuss anything. Company is good but managers and TLS not.

Dislikes

Worse company,can fire anyone at any time with no reason,simply they mailed termination letter without any warning Worse company culture and environment.please do not join this company.
