Bad Culture and playing Politics, abusing and shouting on the floor, sharing salary of all employees within company and gossiping, co-founders are raw ear people, don't understand the technology, firing well performers and retaining sycophant resources, working for investors to keep them happy however showing they are working for societies and farmers on social media, offensive nature, insecurity among all the departments, all are working to save their job instead of doing their work
