If you are thinking to work over there hold on! Listen me first then think further, I was there since beginning of the school every thing was going good but when a new principal appointed into the school i felt like I am working on a street. Have u heard that there are 6 principal's in a school???? But yes,there are.....even peon is also behave like a principal of the school. There is no good teacher right now even one of the teacher let the students cheated in home board exam ( 10th) last year I caught them red handed but in the end....u know that everything is hide in front of money...The school is running as a money making process only.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
