The school was a Haryana board School and although being in a small city, the top management was very systematic and I learned my complete administrative expertise from there only. The school administration was very strict on principles and hence maintained decorum. Quality of work was appreciated and the school followed very strict rules and regulations whether they were related to teaching or related to following up on Haryana board norms.

Dislikes

Being a small city school, the parents were not that educated hence it was a challenge to satisfy them. As most of the parents were average educated or even not educated. Being very strict on administration, the school management generally lacked on taking risks on new ideas.
