Salary and conveyance always on time.
Dislikes
There is no work culture at all. They are still working on old method. They don't accept new methods. Not good for future growth. Nothing innovative here nothing to learn here. Top management likes to here stories not the truth.
Micromagnet, the company, is still relying on traditional methods. The product prices are very high compared to what is available in the market. Sales employees face a lot of pressure with minimal support, and there is a significant amount of micromanagement. If you are a fresher with no job in hand, you can work here for some time. However, in the era of mobile phones and license-free walkie-talkies, it is challenging to sell overpriced walkie-talkies.
Toxic environment and when you leave the company you have to face a lot of problems. My suggestion is that if any new employee is coming to this company then join thoughtfully.
The company should change senior management at the regional level
Work life balance;for site team no work life balance only boarding jobs all days no more time to spend with family,only office employee enjoy 2 days week off,or many cultural program,extra fastival leave ,but site staff have to do duty all days

Paid leaves 26, festival holidays max 15d in a year.
Strict timings 9:30 to 7 pm.
Scope of learning is less.
Always monitoring by your senior employee.
Coordinator between employees less.
Job security for sales dept is poor.
No career growth.
Work life balance is poor.
