Toxic environment and when you leave the company you have to face a lot of problems. My suggestion is that if any new employee is coming to this company then join thoughtfully. The company should change senior management at the regional level

...u fail seniors may get a resign letter signed 60 days advance, claiming support.They pressure to meet target and if you don't they may submit the letter, risking your job and salary hold. The Company products is expensive and hard to sell. So think carefully before joining.
