Dislikes

job security but there is not mistake of company, because sometimes company have no project, at that time the company is bound to reduce some employees.

You would have better learning’s experience here to grow further. Work timing is flexible which is good for doing other interested things.

Dislikes

Career growth is good but salary appraisals is slow. The working environment is quite boring.
