36 years experience shows,If a technician work with technically,hard working with heartly obey to superior, there is no problem in job. Company policies are good.Management hand over all decisions in respect to government policies as well as technician achivement. Superior try to maintain to work in team work.

I'm working 7years in arvind mills. I'm like in working system in sap user.

Dislikes

Thera is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average and career growth is slow..Management is not good like a official working man....

There is no job security. Company policy is now changing and it's totally bias in favour of company. There is no salry hike last three years. And it is not sire for saley hike.

Dislikes

It was good company till 2018. After that suddenly they have change their poliicy and increment is stopped. Very descrimination based on region. Local people have to struggle very hard compare to outsider.
