36 years experience shows,If a technician work with technically,hard working with heartly obey to superior, there is no problem in job. There is no job security. Company policy is now changing and it's totally bias in favour of company. There is no salry hike last three years. And it is not sire for saley hike.

Dislikes

It was good company till 2018. After that suddenly they have change their poliicy and increment is stopped. Very descrimination based on region. Local people have to struggle very hard compare to outsider.
