I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Salary is on time 15th-22th(Monthly). Company are not fire to employee without any solid reason.

Dislikes

Mess condition is so poor, a biggest issues for vegetarians. Duty is Strict-8AM-8PM=12 Hours(may be extra) X 7 Days.. Non-Professional staff mainly at site, and at HO spoons, culture wise not good.
