My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

Dislikes

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.

Now I am working in Arvind lifestyle company. But company did not given any salary in covid 19. I am fetching more problem in life. How to spend my life. I know.

...re denied to be taken ans then never given even after promised to get adjusted 5 salary deduction was never work on in loop and if asked for clearity on it hr Abhijeet would not take calls These are only feed back

The worst organization ever worked for .. 1 cluster manager is rude has a pre judgement and will only make u humiliated at work , will show off the power given and will by any means be afer you if u are not being a yes sir puppet 2 Hr Abhijeet is not at all help full and ignores calls never gives clearity on anything asked 3 no job satisfaction as ur immediate boss is not supportive (cluster manager Nirbhik ) Has refused to approve comp offs and never given a chance to avail this opportunity 4 has made us work even after office hours 5 favouritism and biased culture of work 6 zero professionalism maintenance even while talking to female staff .. and when cross questioned topic changed .. 7 makes you suffocated at work environment which will want you to immediately leave the job

We have got very very less support in COVID-19 lockdown period.

...loyees. Pay cut & employee termination was the biggest concern in the workplace. Every day we're worried about job security, Even after store opening also we are not getting a full salary, 50% salary also we are not getting on time. My humble request to company & organisation this is not the situation for P&L calculation. Pls, take care of employees, employees will take care of company P&L.
