Pay, biasness in teams, hierarchy, non - inclusive , over work and under pay. No compensation for overtime. No other benefits. AC doesn't work. Small cafeteria. Over population. No team outings or entertainment to motivate employees. No appreciation.

My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

Dislikes

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.

I liked the people who taught me right from the scratch at buying. They also have me responsibility to provide me exposure to the work.

Dislikes

I didn't like the salary range which they were offering to its employees. Even they are on the verge of cutting cost right at the moment.
