Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling out. The company policies are good, the valuations are fair and they give good salary increase and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management does not solve our issues. Pay is good but career growth is slow. Training is not given to new staff on job.

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

Dislikes

Promotions are slow, and salary growth is even slower. No equality in Salary Structure. Someone with lower Post mightbe getting paid higher than seniors. I personally don't like WhatsApp Group thing, and it definitely affects work-life balance.
