...elfish . They are not smart work . They are experience but not use our mind . Except salary are good and safety and benefits facilities. But north reason HR not work properly. They are not take follow up and not response

Company company are good but the training program is not well and they are not follow up any for training program this is very pathetic.

... there is no guarantee of the job Recently they have sold 5 coco to franchisee and they have terminated indirectly to the staff because they don't want to pay the two months salary and the Hr persons forcefully take resignation from staff and manager if they refused they threatened to terminate or they put cheating case. All my suggestion don't select your career in Arvind of any division.

...tantly very healthy and conducive environment for working. Transparent policies. Though compensation was not good, it was lower than industry standards.

Very unstructured company Salary is below competitors Have lot of Money but behaves like beggar Corporate teams thinks they own the company Finance has internal disputes within teams ECS has new head who start journey in Arvind by firing many employees on Contract HR thinks they are the owner rejected good candidates for Audit team and my god! HRIS guy who handles Darwin box and attendance is an idiot deducts days served without asking for justification Since people are there in Arvind since they are born so they are very unwelcoming to others Politics comes top to down and HR doesn't support in such cases There are many disputes between teams in corporate which results in changes of decisions This company has a poison called Ego between Managers and Politics One of my Friend had base location Naroda and his house was near to that, he was told that is based location is changed to Santej even after confirmation that the location will not change during the interview process Company is not what we think from outside, it is filled with politics, New Joiners you are not welcome there even after they say it they don't mean it
