Coordinate with employee and took decision for internal changes if any...At the time of interview give proper clarification about the work and salary benefits and perks... Due to single year of experience I don't know about Appraisal if any less star rating given kindly ignore 🤟

This company good learning experience for oil and gas industry, good training no political problems travel allowance is not here and salary no problem

Compensation is decent, work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 14 to 16 hrs continue

Office is located in a prime location with easy access by bus and metro train

Only consolidated salary no benefits like PF, LTA, Gratutiy. Also absolutely no job security any day without any prior information you can be fired. Also the culture is not good. Even if take half day leave it's loss of pay only.
