In this company I am like company understanding about product and market and give employees time to develop market,And the company understands the concept of its product very well and is also giving time to implement it in the market.

nothing to me dislike about company but I feel company need more work about product Awareness to Customers why they use our product

It's product range in beginning in some segment were world class due it's quality and premium price range also the import quality from the Italian of baby skin care range.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good. From top management there is lot of discrimination .HR policy and appraisal system is not good they never keep things clear.HR will change your last year base and then they issue increament.if u argue they will this is as per company policy.

It's take 1- 2 months to understand company working style then you like after that and 5 days working.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work pressure, No time for refreshment , no relax on leave even on every saturday you can't enjoy and you have come on month last saturday.

The HR Manager is so insecure that he would not allow anybody to stay in the organisation. The HR and the other stakeholders would find ways and means to make the new employee unstable. The employee would be forced to leave the company.

Last 2year Management is very slow working... No one can understand problem only focus in sales.. no growth and opportunities scope in this company.
