I Attend an interview with arto precast and received an offer letter and they provide 10 days of joining time. after 4 days of offer acceptance, they mail they were taking back the offer and don't want to join. This seems to disrespectful. I call the hr to enquire what the issue or why they reach on that decision, The HR doesn't picking up my call. If you get an opportunity to join in this company. Don't accept.

Worst company for vendors.evrything is there just showoff. MD himself is a superhero there nothing to like there about company. puppets are also there one GM and other person just ruining the company future and politics with subordinates. Progressive mindset of leaders are not there just holding the things fir minor reasons which affects their own cost. Which they won't understand both senior person of the company are doing utter nonsense things. MD himself carrying a disaster for company by keeping 2 senior persons.

You can learn a lot personally, can closely work with management, Company is growing may be after couple more years the atmosphere will change in favor of employees

work load, one man army, no appraisals, for some professionals like sales, might be challenging.
