For me working in Artis Animal Health care as a TECHNICAL sales officer was really a good and new experience ....for me sales was not new but here there is something more important things than sales ...and that is learning about a shrimp culture how the shrimp seeds were stocked .....how it is been checked what are the growth factors .....on what parameters the water is checked...Ammonia and Nitrite detection....biological report ...shrimp feeding and medicines for different things used in the shrimp culture.... I have learned lots of things and really enjoyed my work ...meeting farmers visiting at thier pond Having a good communication regarding the culture... On the same time I introduced my company medicine in the market through dealership....overall I loved and enjoyed my work.....I made a sales of 55lakh from zero in 4 months.....and for me it was a great achievement because there are lots of competitors in the market........

Dislikes

Well nothing negative.....but besides working so hard there was no one to encourage and to motivate ....no increment....that's all I have say
