Nasty HR Management : Talent of Easily Cheating of Employees while recruiting...

...anagement including CEO...They will Cheat the employees From Recruting it self..they will offer Good Package while recruiting Later after completing Probitonery period ...they will change the package ...to very cheap ...it is completely less than that daily labour ...No Employee Appraisals,No work Ethics,No salaries...I Have to get more 3 Mths Salaries.....its getting more than six months ...They will force the employee to get self resignation ,with out giving any prior notice ....to Minimize the expenses and compliance issues.....FINALLY I CAN SAY ITS IS VERY ....VERY WORST COMPANY TO RECOMMEND

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
