I actually didn't like anything except the fact that it is an NBFC and they are doing some what good to the sector which needs upliftment

Dislikes

It is a very micro managed company with no respect to employees and the time of employees. With zero job security. There is no hand over to the new joiner and expected to deliver from day 1. Internal politics is too high.
