Worst company, always have to strech extra hours, projects doesnt have proper inputs. Huge Politics. They will say to come on week offs to work.

No work time boundaries, if you have completed your work you may leave or play indoor games. No one to observe your punch in or out. Managers and management are transparent and friendly.

Work life balance is not there, It looks like kids are running the company now, Favors friends and family over other employees, favors IITians even if they are not talented or doesn't know how to work.
