The most Unstructured yet confused management. They lack clarity of the process.

Dislikes

... real time project without even discussing whether you will be working for them. You have to wait for your luck to have a discussion about the pay you get after contributing good amount of hours to their live projects. Adding salt on it, you will be put under some college students who are still pursuing a degree and they have all the audacity to order ppl who have already worked decent number of years in the corporate field even before the start of the work contract. Decide for yourself, If you are so desperate to join any company no matter if you wish to work on your own by exploring the internet and if you are ok to get leaded by some rookie armature team lead's then you can join otherwise check for other companies who have a decent culture. I'm sure you will get many out there.
