Increments not done experience and as per work done by technical people this is biggest companies drawback , parcelities non technical without experience people good sallery , increments and incentives company done sales team , people only seat without knowledge n experience they are getting good salleries but that all efforts done by electronic technical person's but they don't get any good perks by company.i like to work same product with same directors working environment.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
