... it was contractual job. Being an experienced candidate I have joined over here. Last month salary pay out was delated cause full and final settlement takes upto 60 days which is longer than other companies.

The point of contact for raising the issues is Missing, salary date is 5th of every and that to if it is weekend it will further delayed to 7th or 9th, no increament or hike in your career. There is other consultants who are paying good

I would not say company is bad, people who make it bad, I would not work certain people again in my whole life after seeing how they have treated me beeing in thier team for soo long.

Again I would not say as whole, people make it worst environment. People dont leave company, people leave a toxic lead or toxic environment what that lead has created n make you feel that your contribution is not worth.

Manager's are very rude, & if you ask for leave than it's a high chance that you'll be fired, talking about WORK LIFE BALANCE, they'll make sure you're life become's a living hell either they'll put you in PIP or terminate you on any randomly without prior information. Don't even tryna go to HR, they won't be able to help you out. They'll ask u to pay money for releasing essential documents.
