Working culture is not good at all. Managers are not good. We have to do extra work on weekends with extra pressure and without pay or comp off. Most of the time IT persons have to work on Non IT related work. Managers gives too much work pressure. They give extra work after office. Also Saturday and sunday both are working days with extra work pressure. All the managers are extra rude. They have hybrid policy so according to policy employees can take wfh. But when any employee ask about this then manager clear let denied. Then why they are having this policy ??

Work Life balance is good, clear communication channels

...ion and Rewards, focus on cost cutting over employee welfare , frequent layoffs. lack of empathy and support from management, uncompetative salary structure

Likes

Salary on time, 5 days working, employee engagement activities, HR and IT policies are good.

Dislikes

Internal politics at senior level and sometime seniors not listen. There is culture of favor or non favorite employee of seniors. Not much appreciation by seniors if you are not favorite one. But, overall it is a good company where you can spend 10-15 years. If top management see at ground level and understand their problem then it will be great help to management.

On time salary, but everything depends upon on which client we are working through Artech. Artech is just staffing company I hope. So based on clients input, everything goes into smooth process.

Dislikes

Actually women should be aware before joining. For some client, projects gets over in Artech, if client ends with contract. Eg: if women goes for long month holidays.

Almost Nothing to like about except the working hours at the client side.

Dislikes

Everything starting from salary, policies & hr support. It's a funny compan where anything can happen anytime. There is no clarity and only confusion & uncertainty.
