No salary Never expect a full and final settlement Should complete notice period after resignation even if you are resigning because of non-payment of monthly salary Even after six months of resignation, the salary is not paid till date If the company thinks that you're financially well, then wait for your salary infinitely They will feel egoistic if you ask for your salary and tell that you're not going to get paid.

...king in Artaaj events. So much of Communinalism is there. No growth opportunity. And to top it all they dont pay salary on time. Atlast i had to resign because i didnt get paid for 2 months. So many employees left because of that. It seemed it was there strategy to make people leave. Such a bad experience. I will never recomend anybody to work there. Very bad people just taking advantages of the employees.
