it depends completely on the individual how much he/she wants to dedicate for their career growth. There are no solid projects available which is a thing to be worried about as you can be laid off with out any proper notice/incentives.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The projects are from UK and Canada. I was a part of the team that develop and maintain financial solutions. Our main client is Global Processing Services which markets one of the leading card processing system all over Europe. As a result I can able to travel abroad, especially to UK, in short term. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very helpful, the seniors are truly helpful in all aspects - knowledge wise and career wise.

The work pressure is sometimes very high, as I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.
