The work quality depends upon your project. If you are working for the UK based client, then you will have an awesome experience. They have the organization's best projects and some fabulous people working with you. You will have great possibilities to lay hands so some awesome tech and domains. Appraisals were always great.

Chance to work with good clients, most of the clients are from Fintech domain. Leads and Senior devs are really helpful. Got lot opportunities to lean the development , and handling the client.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The projects are from UK and Canada. I was a part of the team that develop and maintain financial solutions. Our main client is Global Processing Services which markets one of the leading card processing system all over Europe. As a result I can able to travel abroad, especially to UK, in short term. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very helpful, the seniors are truly helpful in all aspects - knowledge wise and career wise.

Dislikes

The work pressure is sometimes very high, as I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.
